About Us

Almond Care Children's Services offer bespoke, highly personalised packages to children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Our staff are highly trained with considerable expertise to work alongside young people with emotional and behavioural needs, usually as a result of trauma, and offer a nurturing, caring environment within all of the homes to ensure the children are protected, happy and achieving their goals as they develop into young people. At Almond Care Children’s Services, we identify the therapeutic and education services required to meet each young person’s emotional, behavioural, social and educational needs. Our aim is to enable each child to achieve his or her full potential and we will also work with them to help identify future educational and careers goals.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We are currently recruiting for all roles within children's residential services - this includes supporting the children with education, attending appointments, promote independence and teach valuable life skills such as cooking! Carry out keyworking sessions and many more exciting things that can encourage the children to achieve their goals! Team Leaders ensure the day runs smoothly, make decisions around the children's day, attend meetings regarding the children and delegate jobs through the day as well as support the children with independence and education. With these particular roles, they include 24 hour shifts - inclusive of an 8 hour sleep.
