About Us

Allcare Community Support was established in 2014 and has been providing bespoke and tailored support to our Members who have learning disabilities ever since. We specialise in supporting Members with autism and behaviours of concern. We currently have two locations and are hiring for both. Our main service, HoneySuckle Lodge, is in Salhouse near Wroxham/Norwich. This provides permanent residence for four of our Members and is also equipped with two suites which accommodate Members on respite visits. HoneySuckle Lodge is also where head office is based. Our second residential home, LuLu's House, provides support for two members in Mundesley, near North Walsham. Both services are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We offer competitive rates of pay and the starting salary for a Support Worker is £10.50 per hour, increasing to £11.00 once probation is successfully passed. There is plenty of scope to grow within the company should you wish to do so. We pride ourselves in the exceptional level of support we provide to our members and it really is a special place to be a part of.

Shifts are on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend work as well as sleep ins. We offer full training to all staff and you are given the opportunity to complete diplomas. Whilst an NVQ level 3 in Social Care is preferable, this is not essential and we welcome anyone who feels this role would suit them. ACS are very supportive and encourage staffs' growth, if this is something they desire.
