About Us

Magna is a Chocolate Manufacturer based in Telford and recruits Permanent, Temporary and Casual Labour, Permanent positions are for staff who have a skill in the business and Temps & Casuals are employed throughout our Easter Campaign, during July to March each year, with a 71% returnee rate year on year. Many staff have joined the business on a temp/Casual basis and have been successful and progressed within the business. We make around 98 million Easter Eggs for top confectionary businesses in the UK. We are always looking at recruiting and investing in Team Leaders, Process Operators and Machine operators. We go from 150 permanent staff to 700 in total.

What it’s like to work for us?

The shifts are all 12hr shifts with 3x25 breaks throughout your shift. It start from 7.30 to 7.30 and we bus people in from the Wolverhampton Area. Staff using their own car, we have off-site parking 10 mins away and use a shuttle bus to get them into work on time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it is a clean tidy environment. What's not to like, working with Chocolate.
