What it’s like to work for us?
You’ll spend your time talking to new and existing customers about all their pet insurance needs, including general enquiries, policy renewals and new business. You’ll be fully trained in all our insurance products and empowered to deliver outstanding customer service every time. You will need to be comfortable operating within a financial services compliant environment. Because you’ll be working from home, you’ll need to be a motivated self-starter with a mature outlook and the ability to manage your workload independently. You’ll need to have a dedicated workspace in order to deliver excellent customer service in a virtual world.
