Diligenta Administers over 18 million Life and Pensions policies on behalf of our clients and provides a wide range of services including Customer Services, IT and Change Management.

Across all of our functions, providing an excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our head office is based in Peterborough and we also have employees based in Basingstoke, Bristol, Craigforth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Reading and Salisbury.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We are always looking for friendly and committed people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to work with us. We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives, in our Call Centres as well as a number of support, technical and specialist roles in other functions.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills be flexible and supportive of continuous improvement and change and will enjoy working as part of a customer focused team and progressive team.
