Job Description
Praxis Care support individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, dementia, acquired brain injury, and complex needs throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England, and Isle of Man. Support Workers
Locke House, Portadown
Locke House is a busy Mental Health supported living service based in Portadown dedicated to providing innovative, high quality support to service users with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community.
We employ a flexible, individualised approach, working in consultation with service users to assess needs and develop a range of client directed goals. Support plans and activities offered promote choice, acknowledge individual strengths and facilitate inclusion within the community.

£18,657.60 - £20,482.80 (Dependent on Qualifications)
Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
