We set a candidate ticket allocation per Jobs Fair. Please ask us for this pre-event so you know how many job descriptions, business cards, company brochures etc to bring with you.
Bring laptops, tablets, or TV Screens with you to showcase your company’s website, videos, and application processes to candidates. Please remember to select electric on the booking form if you require a power source.
Stand and engage with candidates in front of your exhibition table, rather than waiting for them to approach you.
Have a sign-up sheet or digital form to capture contact details of promising candidates you meet.
Engage in “mini-interviews” at the Jobs Fair with standout candidates to assess their suitability. Please make use of our “interview zones” as a separate space for these conversations. Please ask us for more chairs if necessary.
